Design On-line is a process we developed for our do-it-yourself clients who like to be actively involved in the
design
process but want a personalized, professional design plan at an affordable price. Our goal is to
become your partner in design by providing a comprehensive plan to transform your existing room into a
personal space that reflects your "interior" - who you are, what you love and how you want to live.
The first step of this process is to determine your personal style and your design goals. The enclosed
questionnaire
will help us determine how far you want to go with the transformation, your likes and
dislikes,
and your budget. The pictures and room measurements you provide will help us
determine what we
have to work with.
Most of our communication will take place via email and on the internet. However, there may be
times
when
a telephone conversation will be required to clarify your needs and desires. In this situation,
we will
email you first to determine an appropriate time to contact you.
Three to four weeks after you submit your design questionnaire and pictures, you
will receive a
package containing your master plan. The plan will include:
- a floor plan, drawn to scale, showing specific furniture pieces
selected
and where they are to be placed in the room;
- furniture and accessory suggestions, with pictures;
- fabric and paint palettes, with swatches;
- a concept board showing you how everything will work together;
- a shopping list with resources and pricing for all the elements

The rest is up to you! You are free to follow the plan as closely
or as loosely
as you want to, and you can
implement your plan
all at once or on your own
timeline as your schedule and resources permit.

We work hard to satisfy every client's taste but there may be times when a suggestion is not to your
liking.
We welcome your
comments
and will always try to make an alternate suggestion to
resolve your issue
regarding a specific element of the plan.
However, once a plan is delivered we are
unable to re-design
the plan or refund design fees.
