The placement of this table in the center of the room created an awkward traffic flow. The client
wanted to close up the doorway to the back hall which was going to create even more obstruction.
The solution was this banquette to utilize the corner space and shift the table over. Another
advantage
of the banquette is additional storage under the seats for those items rarely
used such as a punch bowl and large holiday trays.
